Turning Vane System
Specification and Product Detail

Application
Fitted to efficiently direct air around bends in the ductwork system. The turning vane and track are cut to the required length to suit the bend and assembled using the “Fastrac” fixing tool. The assembled turning vane is then fitted into the bend.

Features
Designed to provide economical air turns. Continuous seam joint forms a rigid section,
adding strength to the associated bend.
Smooth external face thereby reducing friction
loss and low noise generation.
‘Fastrac ’fixing track is prepunched at 60mm
centres to ensure constant spacing of vane.
Vane is roll formed from a single strip to alleviate problems of splitting. Unique ‘Fastrac’ fixing tool allows rapid
assembly without the need for riveting or spot
welding.
